Training & Support
We love to have close and professional relationships with our franchisees. It all starts at our first meeting. After signing the FDD and submitting the franchise fee, we start and help in the process of finding a location with the support of our realtor. We help you with the Letter of intent and the lease process. We get to work with you on the design of the restaurant . We help you selecting a general contractor. We stay in touch with you during the build out, till opening the doors. While your restaurant is being built you and your leadership staff can train in our restaurants for up to 3 weeks. A field consultant will come and help you open and stay for one week prior to opening and one week after the open. Strong communication between franchisee and franchisor is one of the pillars of our success. We look at our franchisees as part of our extended family, after all we are in a partnership for a minimum of ten years. History
Wrap City Sandwiches grew from 1 unit in 2015 in Londonderry NH to 14 units. When Peter and Gregg designed the Wrap City concept, they had goals of franchising from the start. This made it easy to grow, replicate and adapt to different markets.
We are advocates for healthy growth and are very methodical when choosing locations. Wrap City is a concept that can easily be placed in any state because of its national and international flare yet it has a local feel. We are on a mission to grow all across the country and be in a great location in each town of every state.
