During the onboarding process, franchisees will have their account setup and receive thorough training. For the first 12 months, we handle your email marketing campaigns. Full marketing library available to utilize templates for emails, brochures, mailers, etc.
History
Matt Cahill created what later became known as SUPPLY POINTe in 2002 with the first location in Cincinnati, Ohio. Matt did so after realizing there was a need to help businesses with freight, pallet and packaging materials solutions. His customers soon started to ask for additional products, like large boxes, bulk bags, drum and totes. Matt discovered the growth for SUPPLY POINTe was limitless.
When SUPPLY POINTe was created in 2002, it quickly became a leading transportation and packaging services company in the greater Cincinnati market.
In 2011, Matt’s son, Adam, decided to join the family business and opened a second SUPPLY POINTe location in Charlotte, North Carolina. Though the two businesses operate independently, the founding concept of SUPPLY POINTe has never changed. In late 2018 they began franchising the concept.
The goal is and always has been to provide a one-stop shopping method for manufacturers and distributors to find the packaging, transportation and waste removal services they need through one, single supply point.
