New franchisees begin with an in-depth, hands-on training program at one of our corporate restaurants, where they’ll learn every aspect of operating a Scramblers location—from kitchen operations and guest experience to inventory management and staff training. This training is designed to give you the confidence and skills to open strong from day one.


Once your restaurant is open, the support doesn’t stop. We offer ongoing field support, regular business reviews, marketing guidance, and access to our leadership team. Our franchisees benefit from decades of industry experience, proven systems, and a collaborative culture where your voice is heard. You’ll also be connected to a network of fellow franchisees and our 14 corporate stores that operate alongside our franchise locations—ensuring that you’re never alone on your journey. Whether it's your first Scramblers or your third, we're with you every step of the way.

History

Scramblers began as a family-run business with deep roots in the restaurant industry. Before founding Scramblers, our family owned and operated several Wendy’s franchises. While we appreciated the experience and success that came with that venture, we realized we wanted a different lifestyle—one that allowed for more personal connection with our guests and a more balanced quality of life.

That vision led to the opening of our first Scramblers restaurant, focused on daytime dining with a friendly, community-centered atmosphere. We built and operated 10 corporate-owned locations before customers—who had become regulars and fans—began asking how they could open one themselves. Our franchise journey started organically by awarding locations to these loyal guests. Over time, as demand grew, we began expanding through digital outreach and media exposure. Today, we’re proud to continue that growth while staying true to our family-first values and strong support for franchisees.

Ideal Candidate

Our ideal Scramblers franchisee is driven, hands-on, and community-focused. While restaurant experience is helpful, it’s not required—what matters most is leadership, a passion for hospitality, and a willingness to follow a proven system.
