The Franchise Brand Standards Manual contains our processes, best practices, requirements, and recommendations that provide everything a franchisee will need to know to operate their H&H Bagels restaurant - including marketing, operations, and brand standards. We augment our library with significant corporate resources to help support your business.

History
H&H Bagels has a storied history, our first location was founded in 1972 on the Upper West Side of New York City and a second location opened in 1974 on the Upper East Side of New York City.
Our bagels start with the highest quality, all-natural ingredients sourced from around the world. They are proofed, kettle-boiled, bathed in cold water, and baked to perfection. Our original recipe and traditional process is what makes our bagels "Like No Other Bagel in the World"!
When people think of a New York bagel, they think of H&H. Our brand recognition in the space is unrivaled, with cameos in Seinfeld, The Office, Sex and the City, How I Met Your Mother, Entourage, and more!
Our current management team took over in 2014 and have expanded our presence in New York City with new locations on the Upper West Side, Moynihan Train Hall, Kips Bay, Penn Station, JFK Airport, and LaGuardia Airport. Our first franchise opened in September 2024 in Boca Raton, Florida.
With over 50 franchise agreements signed, we're ready to share our beloved bagels and iconic brand with the world.
