Robb is a native of Central Pennsylvania and attended Marietta College in Ohio where he earned a bachelor’s degree as a double major in Economics and Management. His entire career has been in banking, and he is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of commercial, consumer, and business lending and financing. The last nineteen years Robb managed a team of Business Relationship Managers and he too called on and was intimately involved with the operations of his business clients. His background and experience led to a respected and trusted relationship with many people in the Greater Harrisburg area communities.
Robb is a leader in the communities of Central Pennsylvania. Below are just a few examples of his community involvement and positions of leadership:
• Chairman of the Board for local Chamber of Commerce
• President of Tri-County Housing Development Corporation for 10+ years
• Served with the United Way
• Cumberland County Leadership Development Program for both youth and adults
• Former President of the Harrisburg Lions Club
• Chairman of the Annual Travers Award Project (Recognizes Top Student-Athletes in District 3 of Pennsylvania)

Robb’s greatest strength is his ability to develop and deepen relationships for business and personal growth of his clients. He is very well known in Central Pennsylvania, and carries a reputation of trust, respect, and sincerity. When not working with business owners and potential buyers, Robb spends time with his wife Karen, their grown children, and grandchildren. He loves golf, baseball, football, music, and reading.
