A motivated leader with strong organizational and prioritization abilities. As a Project Manager Richard excelled in multidisciplinary, demanding, and multi-hatted roles. Following a career in construction, Richard took on the role of Sales Director for an Import/Export Startup. He provided guidance and expertise focused on Consumer Goods Marketing, Sales, New Products Introduction, and Category/Brand Management. Richard ultimately advanced into Supply Chain Management. He Directed Operations and Logistics for multiple Fulfillment Centers both Domestic and Internationally. He specialized in Lean Supply Chain, Warehousing and Distribution, Inventory Control, Process Improvement, and Supplier/Vendor Management.
