Peter and his team of professionals have successfully executed transactions for large publicly traded companies, private equity firms, and closely held or family businesses. Whether an assignment requires providing advice to the third generation of a closely held family business in a potential sale, assisting the corporate development office of a major international corporation with a divestiture or identifying and executing a strategic acquisition program for a major private equity investment fund, Peter and his team of professionals can custom tailor the firm{s services to meet the client{s goals and objectives.
Peter has lived & worked in Seoul, Hong Kong, China, Boston, New York, New Jersey, Vancouver and Seattle, before settling down in Boston in 2001. So, when you talk to him about moving, he may know a thing or two and give you advice that is truly personal and from experience.
