I have been selling businesses and real estate for over 25 years, I have lived on Hilton Head Island for almost 40 years and have been active in the community since I moved her in 1980. I have personally owned and operated dozens of restaurants, car washes, laundry mats, cleaning companies. I have also been in the marina business for many years as well. I have personally sold over 300 restaurants in Beaufort county not to mention many other types of businesses such as retail, laundry mats, jewelry stores, bike rentals and resort businesses.

I enjoy playing golf, off shore fishing, cooking and just about any outdoor activity. My parents were long time islanders and built the south beach marina back in the early 80{s. When I was in college I worked for Charles Frazier many summers doing odd jobs for him and the sea Pines company before he sold sea pines resort.
