I bring a unique blend of corporate-level deal strategy and hands-on business ownership to every client I serve. With deep experience in negotiations, marketing, financing, operations, and closing complex deals, I know how to navigate every stage of the buying or selling process — and get it done with confidence and care.

Before launching my business brokerage practice, I led several multi-million dollar initiatives in the corporate world — overseeing sales development, pricing strategy, executive management, and complex negotiations. I’ve since channeled those foundational skills into helping small business owners in the community I proudly call home.

I’m also a lifelong entrepreneur. I’ve owned and operated multiple businesses across industries including video gaming, education, real estate, business consulting, and agriculture. One of my most successful ventures grew from serving just 50 business clients to over 450 in the video gaming space — a business that ultimately merged with a company now publicly traded on the NYSE.

I come from a family of small business owners. I know what it means to wear every hat — to sweep the floors, run payroll, and carry the emotional weight of leading a team. That upbringing shaped how I show up for my clients: with resourcefulness, empathy, and a "there’s always a way" mindset.

Today, I serve as a trusted advisor and problem-solver to clients throughout the Midwest, with a strong network across Illinois and Missouri.
