He has achieved the Certified Business Broker (CBB), Lifetime Certified Business Intermediary (LCBI), and Merger and Acquisitions Master Intermediary (M&AMI) professional designations. Mr. Nery is a Graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Degree in Accounting. As a professional business broker, he is able to utilize his personal and professional experiences in start-ups, buying, selling, and owning his own businesses. He has sold over 250 businesses and has valued hundreds of businesses and companies. Mr. Nery is affiliated nationally with The International Business Brokers Association, The M & A Source, The National Equipment Business Brokers Institute, and is on the Board of Directors and is the organization’s Secretary. Kevin currently serves on the Board of Directors of the New England Business Brokers Association (NEBBA) and is the organization{s Treasurer.

Adam J. Bradshaw, CBI, Broker, has over 20 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Information Technology. Mr. Bradshaw is a Graduate of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Management. Adam has achieved the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) Professional Designation. He spent 17 years in the Golf Industry with International Manufacturers and Distribution Companies responsible for Corporate Management, Sales and Marketing. Adam also was associated with the nation’s top luxury Real Estate Auction Firm as a Client Services and Database/Marketing Manager. Adam is a member of New England Business Brokers Association (NEBBA), the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and The M&A Source.
Justin Grolley, CBI, MBA, CMEA, Broker, is experienced in sales, marketing, manufacturing, information technology and finance. Mr. Grolley is a Graduate of Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island. He earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration and also earned a Master of Business Administration, MBA Degree. He has a broad business background working as a product marketing specialist, in client services, a product manager, and an account manager throughout his award-winning career. Ridgway J. Crouch, CMEA, SBA, Senior Associate, has over 35 years of business experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, management, manufacturing, computer network and communication systems and financial analysis. Mr. Crouch is a Graduate of California State University, Sonoma, with a Degree in Business Administration. He has a diverse educational background which includes Bryant College, the University of Michigan and professional certificate programs completed nationally. He has held Senior Management positions in the energy, manufacturing, security technology and government contracting industries. Mr. Crouch has also been active on the Board of Directors of local and statewide organizations. Ridgway is an experienced and effective communicator, negotiator and facilitator. Neil J. Corkum, CBI, MBA, CRPC, has over 35 years of business experience in the areas of finance, management, consulting, strategy, market research, competitive analysis, marketing and management. He is a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC). Mr. Corkum is a Graduate of Providence College in Rhode Island where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Services Administration. He also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree in Finance from Babson College. Neil’s experience includes senior finance and market research roles with major financial services companies, as well as deep management consulting experience, serving a wide-range of clients with a leading firm. During his previous work with The Nery Corporation, Neil successfully assisted numerous business owners and also buyers, and has experience in valuation and the sales process. Adept at effectively managing business functions on a day-to-day basis, Neil excels at evaluating processes and talent to improve efficiencies and cost savings. Lori A. Nery, CBR, LMS, GRI, Vice-President, is a full time professional Real Estate Broker and was REALTOR OF THE YEAR IN 2012. She is a UMASS Dartmouth Graduate with a Degree in Business Management. Lori has over 40 years of business experience and has achieved the Certified Buyer Representative, Whale Historical House Specialist and Graduate Realtor Institute of Massachusetts designations. Lori has served on the Board of Directors of SE MA Association of Realtors.
