My career spans private, public, and private-to-public companies, with enterprise values ranging from $300M to $300B+, in national and global footprints.
Industry Expertise: I began my career with engineering and oil & gas companies, before expanding into hospitality, chemicals, manufacturing, legal, and other high-paced professional and service industries. This broad experience has given me a well-rounded perspective on the unique challenges and opportunities within each sector, making me adept at navigating complex transactions in diverse business environments.
Mergers & Acquisitions Focus: Throughout my career, being in the lead with multiple Enterprise M&A initiatives, specializing in both valuation and integration of organizations. I have worked directly with cross-functional teams—including conversion and marketing teams—to ensure all M&A activities are executed smoothly and profitably, while keeping a keen eye on maintaining the proper “Public Face” for each transaction. This includes maintaining confidentiality, internal and external communication, aligning stakeholders, and overseeing post-merger integration to maximize value.
