John has over 25 years of Mergers and Acquisitions, Business, Commercial, and Residential Real Estate sales experience, as a President, Vice President, CFO, CEO, Treasurer, Managing Member, Business Broker, Real Estate Broker, and Entrepreneur, in California and Nevada. John earned his Doctor of Business Administration degree in Financial Management, his MBA in Finance from Louisiana State University, and a B.A. in History from CSU, Sacramento, and attended Lincoln Law School in Sacramento, CA. He holds Real Estate Broker licenses in both California and Nevada, a Nevada Business Broker Permit, and is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in Nevada, and California. Some of the Corporations and LLCs that he has built over the years include Tangible Investment Partners, Inc., International Management Group, Inc., JMP Financial Group, Inc., 1st American Financial, Cash Flow Investments, Inc., Dreamscapes Real Estate, and Platinum Level Service, LLC.
He has also been called on to utilize his management and business consulting skill sets by companies like Draper and Kramer Mortgage Corp., which hired him as Vice President of Mortgage Lending in 2017, to guide the Corporation through the Mortgage Lending Licensing process with the State of Nevada Department of Mortgage Lending. The license was successfully obtained at the end of 2017.

Mrs. Prudhont assists business owners of privately held companies with a variety of services including exit strategy planning, valuations, business sales, acquisitions, and strategic marketing.
