With a background in entrepreneurship, accounting, and mergers & acquisitions, Daniel brings a unique, well-rounded perspective to every engagement. Early in his career, he experienced firsthand the challenges of business ownership after taking over and ultimately closing his family’s business—an experience that shaped his commitment to helping owners make informed, strategic decisions. He later transitioned into tax advisory and accounting, where he helped companies restructure operations, improve profitability, and navigate complex financial matters.
Daniel went on to serve on the founding teams of two venture-backed accounting firms that scaled to over $100 million in valuation and $5 million in annual recurring revenue, collectively raising more than $150 million in capital. He has also advised multiple fintech startups on go-to-market strategy and business development, further deepening his expertise in scaling and positioning businesses for growth and acquisition.
Today, Daniel focuses on sell-side representation, buy-side acquisition advisory, and exit planning, working with business owners generating $1M to $10M+ in revenue. He is particularly known for his work with professional service firms and accounting practices, though he serves a broad range of industries including home services and service-based businesses.
