DAVE WILLIAMS: one of the most experienced business brokers in Southwest Florida. Having practiced here since 1977, he has seen Southwest Florida grow from a small seasonal community into one of the fastest growing areas in the United States. In doing so he has developed unparalleled knowledge of the business community throughout Southwest Florida. During his long career Dave has either sold or supervised the sale of thousands of businesses. In many instances he is now working with a third generation of business buyers and sellers. He has served multiple terms as a State Director for the Florida Business Brokers Association and was one of the founding members of the Southwest Florida FBBA Chapter.
DAN SMITH: Broker & President - Mr. Smith is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker with over 15 years of combined experience in business brokerage, regional corporate management, business ownership and sales. Aside from business brokerage, he has extensive background in the agricultural equipment industry having been involved in the start-up and co-ownership of All Coast Tractor in Labelle, Florida and having held regional sales management positions with Mahindra USA and Woods Equipment Company. Mr. Smith has directed acquisitions between sellers and buyers ranging in value of $25,000 to over $18,000,000. He has consistently marketed and sold businesses in a variety of industries such as restaurants, retail, distribution, manufacturing, lawn & landscape, construction, marine and more. F. JOSEPH MARKS: Mr. Marks holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He has extensive background in hospitality and consulting industries resulting in an intuitive knowledge of the needs and concerns of both Sellers and Buyers. Mr. Marks is uniquely qualified at developing creative solutions for business acquisitions and divestitures. His experience in management consulting varies from in-depth analysis of a nationally recognized Fortune 500 company to developing and implementing effective marketing strategies for a local start-up company.
GLEN BROWN: Mr. Brown’s personal experience working with a business broker is what inspired him to become one. Glen started his career in market development for a Fortune 200 corporation, which is what brought him to Southwest Florida. An entrepreneur at heart, he decided to start his own business from scratch, and his entrepreneurial success led him to expand by purchasing additional businesses. SUSAN PINTO: A native of Chicago, Susan has lived in Missouri, California, Rio de Janeiro, and for the past 18 years South Florida. Susan’s 30-year career as a top producer in sales, marketing and real estate lead to a natural transition into Business Brokerage. Susan owned and sold her staffing company of 9 years while maintaining her active Real Estate License since 2011. She successfully negotiated contracts for both buyers and sellers in the residential industry. As an entrepreneur, Susan worked with business owners across south Florida to match employers with the right candidates covering a broad range of corporate industries and employee skills.
