We offer a full range of services to buyers and sellers, including valuation and marketing packages, to facilitate the sale and acquisition of businesses.
Our goal is to assist sellers in the preparation and marketing process to maximize the sale price of their business. Identifying hidden values in the business, building a strategic marketing plan, and discretely marketing the company to qualified buyers are all parts of the process. For buyers, we conduct a thorough search of businesses through internal and external databases to locate and screen viable companies that fit their criteria. Background:
Charles P. Spickert, MS, MPH, CBI - Mr. Spickert is a seasoned and accomplished entrepreneur, with over 30 years hands-on experience in business ownership, operations and equity & asset transactions. Mr. Spickert provides professional M&A intermediary and brokerage service to his clients. Prior to forming Touchstone Business Advisors, Mr. Spickert held President, CEO, COO, VP of Marketing and Sales and Product Management positions with companies in the real estate, publishing, Internet/e-commerce, healthcare and manufacturing sectors. He has served a a Director of public, private and non-profit companies, and as a Board member and Past-President of the Colorado Association of Business Intermediaries.
Mr. Spickert{s expertise includes start-up, financing, sale/merger and strategic integration for private company and corporate divisions. Mr. Spickert has led the acquisition and consolidation of U.S. and internationally-based companies. He has led commercial property investment, health education and medical manufacturing companies, from start-up to sale/merger.
Mr. Spickert holds a bachelor{s degree from Harvard College, as well as Master{s degrees in Microbiology and Public Health from Harvard University and University of Hawaii Schools of Public Health. He holds a Certified Business Intermediary designation from the International Business Brokers Association.
