About

Before joining Transworld, I was an independent business acquisition consultant, where I analyzed hundreds of deals and developed eight single-target acquisition funds that benefited both seller and buyer. During this time I also bought and sold three businesses of my own. I came to appreciate business owners and developed a sincere desire to help them achieve their goals, which is exactly what Transworld does.

Previously, I came out of corporate America, where I held executive-level positions including Chief Financial Officer for a global manufacturer, Corporate Controller for a publicly traded insurance company, and Southeast Regional Controller for a Fortune 300 media company.

I have done deals of all sizes and all industries. I truly enjoy digging into the details of each company to understand how it works and where the value lies. The goal is to get Good Deals for Good People.
