With top-flight experience crafted over decades of selling restaurants, along with previous expertise working in small businesses and in senior leadership roles for a Big 5 Accounting firm and a major Fortune 100 company, We Sell Restaurants leadership has deep financial, branding and marketing experience in restaurants, and small and big business. This collective experience allowed them to take the fragmented brokerage market and build a specialized practice for selling only restaurants with a systemic approach never before seen in the industry.

About

Allison Gregory is a Certified Restaurant Broker®, licensed by the Colorado Real Estate Commission (CREC), and the Franchise Partner for We Sell Restaurants in Southern Colorado. A former restaurant owner, she understands firsthand the challenges of running a restaurant—managing operations, leading a team, and navigating complex regulations. Her insider knowledge makes her a valuable resource for restaurant buyers and sellers.

Allison’s expertise extends beyond the restaurant industry. With a background in business optimization and data-driven decision-making, she holds an M.S., a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and an Applied Data Science certification from MIT. She knows how to streamline operations, maximize efficiency, and drive profitability.

Her journey with We Sell Restaurants started as a client when she purchased a second-generation restaurant through the company. After managing and selling that business remotely, she recognized the power of the We Sell Restaurants platform. In 2025, she joined as a franchise partner, bringing her passion and expertise to help others buy and sell restaurants in Southern Colorado.

Outside of brokerage, Allison enjoys scuba diving, skiing, hiking, and spending time with her husband and their three rescue dogs. She is also pursuing a Ph.D. in International Business, further strengthening her ability to support entrepreneurs. Whether you’re looking to buy or sell, Allison is the trusted expert to guide you through every step of the process.
