As the CEO of Prospere Companies, Al oversees a diverse portfolio of business and investment ventures, including Transworld Business Advisors, Transworld Mergers and Acquisitions, Transworld Commercial Real Estate, Exit Factor, and Prospere Family Office. Through these entities, Al and his team provide comprehensive solutions for business owners at every stage—whether growing, acquiring, or planning an exit.
Al and his wife, Jessica Fialkovich, first experienced business ownership when they bought and sold their first company right out of college. That journey revealed the challenges alongside the opportunities of exiting a business, inspiring them to create a better, more strategic process for entrepreneurs. Since then, they have grown Transworld Business Advisors into the #1 business brokerage firm in the U.S. since 2016. Today, they manage their holdings through Prospere Companies, a family office and investment firm focused on business acquisitions and operational excellence.

Under his leadership, Prospere Companies has expanded into Texas, Colorado, and Nevada, managing a team of 100+ professionals. His expertise in deal structuring, business valuation, and strategic growth has made him a sought-after partner for companies looking to scale or exit.
A firm believer in education and industry advancement, Al holds professional certifications as a CM&AA (Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor) and CBI (Certified Business Intermediary). Outside of business, Al enjoys traveling, outdoor adventures, and spending time with his family. He and Jessica live in Dallas, TX, with their son Brix and their two dogs, Maverick and Scout.
